RATES + MINIMUMS

Studio rental is billed by time block, with options that make it easy to choose what you need.

Important: Your booking time includes arrival, setup, shooting, and cleanup. If you think you’ll need time to unload gear, adjust lighting, or photograph multiple people/looks, we recommend booking a longer block to keep your shoot calm and on schedule.

FAQs

Can I arrive early to set up?

Access begins at your start time. If you need setup time, please book it—early entry may not be available if we have a booking before you..

Can I extend my booking?

If the schedule allows, you can extend. We’ll confirm availability and handle the additional time.

Do you provide a photographer?

Yes. If you want, we can connect you with a photographer or bundle studio + photographer for a turnkey experience.

How many people can I bring?

The studio works best for small crews. If you’re planning a larger team, contact us so we can confirm the best fit.

Where should I park?

Find Your Way to the Studio in Larimer Square: Larimer is a vibrant area, so here are a few parking options to consider.

Street Parking: Great for stays under 2 hours if you find a spot nearby.

Parking Lots & Garages: Open surface lots and garages are close by.

We keep the studio simple to use and easy to reset for the next renter.

STUDIO EXPECTATIONS:

  • Please leave the studio as you found it, including returning moved items to their original place.

  • Your time includes cleanup and reset—please plan accordingly.

  • Smoking and open flames are not permitted.

  • If something breaks or is damaged, let us know right away so we can handle it quickly.

LOGISTICS

Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the studio address, a map link, and arrival instructions.

PARKING + LOAD IN:

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early within your booked time if you’re bringing gear. If you have heavy equipment, plan for load-in time and consider bringing a cart.

ENTRY:

Entry instructions (including the best door to use and how to access the space) will be shared prior to your booking.
